The Flight Plan - Longreach EP01
Welcome to Longreach Episode 1! Here's how I'm planning a single pilot trip from Melbourne to Longreach over 7 days. How I'm choosing where to stop, how I'm planning the fuel, what I'll be doing along the way and what gear I'm taking.
Join me in the first episode in this brand new YouTube series as I plan to fly from Moorabbin Airport in Australia's south up to Longreach in Queensland to visit the Qantas Heritage Museum. It's an epic trip over 7 days, with over 3,500KMs covered, stopping at some cool regional airports and towns along the way. There'll be lots of IFR (Instrument Flight Rules) flying, and some VFR (Visual Flight Rules) flying which I'll be recording from the cockpit and sharing on this channel.
