Little bit of a throw back episode today. Went for a bike ride in a beautiful place, took my camera, chatted about bike stuff, complained about being unfit, edited out some wind distortion, and had a ball with the kids.
On a slightly techy note, I've been running the iPhone 8 Plus as my onbike chatting camera and a Shimano Sports Cam on the bars. It's all working pretty well, but as always we'll endeavour to find a better audio solution as I don't like riding with headphones.
Speaking of cameras you may have noticed a new toy, the GoPro Karma Grip. I had borrowed something similar at Tour Of Tassie, but I needed something rugged and bullet proof ... lets see how this goes.
Finally guys, this climb! Dead Horse Gap is the real deal, in fact I've been really impressed with everything around here. I'd love to bring a group down and ride this roads in the future ... watch this space
