Walking in STRASBOURG / France
Strasbourg is the capital of the Alsace region of France and is known for its beautiful old town.
We start this evening walk at the Heinrichsturm - one of several towers bordering the town. We walk around in Petite France which is a lively historic quarter of the city. Many restaurants invite tourists and locals along cobble stoned streets. Encircled by the arms of the river Ill this part of the old town is especially picturesque.
We head towards the centre and see the impressive Cathédrale Notre-Dame. We also walk to Kléber square which is the largest square of the city. The streets of Strasbourg get quieter during the evening. The time comes to return to the cathedral where we end this walk.

Salut ! Aujourd'hui on vous emmène faire le tour de Toronto en passant par les 10 attractions qu'il ne faut surtout pas manquer lorsque l'on visite la plus grande ville du Canada. Bon voyage !
#1 - CN Tower
La tour CN est une tour de 555,33 mètres située dans le centre de Toronto, au Canada, qui est devenue l'emblème de cette ville. La tour est parfois appelée la tour du Canadien National, car la compagnie ferroviaire du Canadien National (CN) était propriétaire de la tour.
#2 - Casa Loma
La Casa Loma est une maison bourgeoise située sur la colline de Davenport à Toronto.

Les îles de Toronto forment un archipel comptant 15 petites îles situées à 1.6 km de distance au sud du centre-ville de Toronto, sur le lac Ontario parmi lesquelles on retrouve les îles Ward et Algonquin. Originellement dénommées Hiawatha, du nom d'un chef de la Confédération Iroquoise, elles protègent le port de Toronto. Une petite communauté résidentielle et l'aéroport Billy Bishop y sont installés. Les îles sont une destination populaire de récréation, avec les promenades dans le secteur résidentiel, le parc d'attractions Centreville, des jardins anglais des plages dont la plage de Hanlan Point où le nudisme est autorisé.
#6 - Rogers Centre
Le Rogers Centre, auparavant appelé SkyDome, est le stade principal de la ville de Toronto, situé au pied de la Tour CN sur les berges du lac Ontario. Il est principalement utilisé pour les événements sportifs tels que le baseball, le football canadien, le basket-ball et le catch. Le Rogers Centre organise parfois des concerts, des conférences et des expositions. Le Rogers Centre est le deuxième stade en termes de superficie au Canada derrière le Stade olympique de Montréal.
#7 - Royal Ontario Museum
Le musée Royal de l'Ontario est un musée de culture mondiale et d'histoire naturelle situé à Toronto. C'est le cinquième plus grand en Amérique du Nord et il contient plus de six millions d'objets. Il possède de notables collections sur les dinosaures, l'art du Proche-Orient, d'Afrique et d'Asie de l'Est, l'histoire européenne et l'histoire du Canada. Le musée est situé au coin sud-ouest de Bloor Street et Queen's Park, au nord du complexe législatif du même nom, Queen's Park, et du côté est de la Promenade des philosophes de l'Université de Toronto. Créé en 1912 par le gouvernement provincial, le ROM était géré par l'Université de Toronto jusqu'en 1955. À présent devenu une institution indépendante, il maintient encore une relation étroite avec l'université, partageant les expertises et les ressources.
#8 - Legislative Assembly of Ontario
L'Assemblée législative de l'Ontario forme avec le lieutenant-gouverneur le Parlement de la province canadienne de l'Ontario. Elle siège à Queen's Park à Toronto. L'Assemblée législative est établie par l'article 69 de la loi constitutionnelle de 1867. Elle comprend 107 députés élus au scrutin uninominal majoritaire à un tour pour un mandat de quatre ans.
#9 - Art Gallery of Ontario
Le musée des beaux-arts de l'Ontario est un musée de peinture situé dans le centre de Toronto. C'est le huitième musée d'Amérique du Nord par la taille (45 000 m2).
#10 - Toronto Eaton Centre
Le Toronto Eaton Centre est le plus grand centre commercial et complexe de bureau du centre-ville de Toronto. Il a été nommé d'après Eaton, la plus grande chaîne de grands magasins du Canada, désormais disparue. En termes de fréquentation, le centre est l'une des attractions majeures de Toronto, avec environ un million de visiteurs chaque semaine. C'est le centre commercial le plus vaste de tout l'est canadien, et le troisième sur l'ensemble du pays.
