Fish on 5th Restaurant 9812 Fifth Street Sidney BC Canada Great Seafood - Phil in Vancouver
After going through the Sidney Outdoor Market Thursday night my friends and I go to Fish on 5th Restaurant at 9812 Fifth Street. I have been here a few times and must say it has great Seafood dishes which keeps me coming back for more. I ordered the Crab Burger which is made from REAL Crab no imitation stuff here. It was very tasty and the Soup of the Day Chicken Gumbo hit the spot as the sun set got a bit chilly. My friends enjoyed their meals of Fish and Chips ( Lingcod and Salmon) Halibut burger, Chicken Burger and the kids devoured their kids meals. Check Fish on 5th out if Seafood is your thing as they do it very well.

Casual and friendly, as every good fish n' chip shop should be! Our Booktown eatery is a favorite with locals and visitors alike. You have a few options here -- salmon or halibut, fried or grilled, with Cajun spices or garlic and herbs. Maybe you'd prefer prawns, oysters or scallops. Get good old fashioned chips, or fantastic yam fries. Or skip seafood all together and go for a burger or a big salad with lots of healthy ingredients. There are many choices here, but whatever you select is sure to be fresh and satisfying!
Little Manitou Lake - Manitou Beach SK
Little Manitou Lake and Manitou Beach are popular tourist destinations in Saskatchewan. The salty spume evident on the shore on windy days attests to salt content of 180 grams per litre of water. It is a terminal lake fed by underground springs, and the waters have beneficial properties for health and buoyancy. The concentration of salts of sodium, magnesium and phosphorous give this benefit.
