Fagagna is a comune in the Province of Udine in the Italian region Friuli-Venezia Giulia, located about 80 kilometres northwest of Trieste and about 13 kilometres northwest of Udine. As of 2011, it had a population of 6,279 and an area of 37.0 square kilometres .The municipality of Fagagna contains the frazioni Ciconicco, Villalta, San Giovanni in Colle, Battaglia, and Madrisio. Fagagna borders the following municipalities: Basiliano, Colloredo di Monte Albano, Martignacco, Mereto di Tomba, Moruzzo, Rive d'Arcano, San Vito di Fagagna.
