To spend time in this hotel and spa will exceed anyone's expectations. It is truly wonderful. To swim at different levels in the warm thermal pools in the evening with a covering of snow on the ground and then snow flaking around your ears is truly wondrous. The hotel and food are superb and the trek to the pools by underground passageways show the attention to detail ensured by the owners. One to return to many times as it is wonderful .
Fantastic Spa experience. Difficult to express in words how satisfied we are with the spa and overall service.
Minuses:
Wi-fi has limitations (no whatsapp) and both the dinner and breakfast was very average for the price charged. Also drinks that accompany dinner are EXTREMELY expensive.

A four-star wellness hotel in Austria wonderfully surrounded by the breath-taking view of the Ötztal mountains.
In-house guests are given an exclusive access from the hotel directly to the thermal spa. We were lucky to have stayed long enough to experience all the facilities such as the nude spa, the Spa 3000 and the thermal basin pools.
The Thermal spa has 12 indoor and outdoor pools, and offers different types of Sauna and Steam Bath facilities. It's trademark, the 3 futuristic basin pools connected by a lighted glass cone is undeniably an architectural masterpiece.
