We hit the road in 2006 and haven’t stopped since. We combine technology and perpetual travel (tech+nomad) to create a sustainable lifestyle on our own terms.
Our ‘home base’ is a geeked out 1961 vintage bus conversion that we travel the country in. We love mixing it up with other travel modes – island life, trains, planes, ships, and cool rentals. We're currently shopping for a boat, to split our time on the water.
We work remotely as technology & strategy advisors, app developers and authors sucking up mobile internet bandwidth.
When our cat, Kiki, allows it – we love sharing a slice of our life from the road.

Rafting and Tubing AuSable Chasm, Adirondacks, NY
At the end of the Inner Sanctum Trail at AuSable Chasm, I crossed over the gorge on a narrow walking bridge and clambered into a rubber raft for the last half of the journey. We shot through the Grand Flume, bounced through choppy rapids and floated into the whirlpool basin, which rotated our raft once and spit us out the other side. As we approached the landing dock our guide told us a about an eighty-something couple who recently floated down the river in tubes. They missed the line of buoys that mark the take-out point, went through class three rapids, carried their tubes down the final mile of river and emerged into Lake Champlain, where they were rescued by the Coast Guard. Grinning from ear to ear, they asked if they could do it again. AuSable Chasm has done a marvelous job of developing a commercial operation without ruining the beauty of a natural attraction. The Adirondack Mountains are an unusual geological formation located in the northeastern lobe of Upstate New York in the United States. The mountains rise in Clinton, Essex, Franklin, Fulton, Hamilton, Herkimer, Lewis, Oneida, St. Lawrence, Saratoga, Warren, and Washington counties.
Unlike linear mountain ranges that form along tectonic plate boundaries, the Adirondack mountains resemble a dome. They were formed by the recent uplift and exposure of previously deeply buried metamorphic and igneous rocks over a billion years old. The same rocks can be found in the Laurentian Mountains of Quebec, Canada, and the Adirondacks can be considered the southernmost expression of this range.[1] They are bordered on the east by Lake Champlain and Lake George, which separate them from the Green Mountains in Vermont. They are bordered to the south by the Mohawk Valley, and to the west by the Tug Hill Plateau, separated by the Black River. This region is south of the Saint Lawrence River, more Info

Seven Keys at Loon Lake - Adirondacks, New York
Secluded in the mountains of New York State just North of Saranac Lake, this two-mile lake is perfect for boating, swimming and enjoying peaceful respite. A craftsman style log home on over 16 acres of pristine natural landscape protected by special restrictions to maintain its beauty for generations.
Perched on a peninsula with 1000 feet of lakefront, this year round log lodge offers a gorgeous wood interior, stone fireplace wall, screened in porches, 4 bedrooms and 4 baths, game room, and an esthetic offered only by a log home. A 1930's log gazebo overlooks the 180 degree views of the unspoiled landscape surrounding it. An oversized dock is a great spot to sit lakeside or enjoy walking the extensive walking trails all self contained within the property. A sandy swimming beach is tucked in a cove with excellent depth for wading and playing in the sandy beach area. An extensive summer sports area includes a tennis court, separate basketball court, and sand volleyball court.
The lake is of a pristine mountain lake by summer, or a splendid place to enjoy the glorious winter sports mecca that is the Adirondacks. Only 2 hours from Montreal or 20 minutes from Saranac Lake.
