Muncy is a borough in Lycoming County, Pennsylvania, United States. The name Muncy comes from the Munsee Indians who once lived in the area. The population was 2,663 at the 2000 census. It is part of the Williamsport, Pennsylvania Metropolitan Statistical Area. Muncy is located on the West Branch Susquehanna River, just south of the confluence of Muncy Creek with the river.

The entrance to the caverns used by modern visitors is located in a bluff along the Swatara Creek. A second entrance was sealed for security purposes when the caverns were commercialized in the late 1920s. The known portions of the caverns, most of which have been commercialized, represent the intersection of two passages: the eastern cavern and the northern cavern, which meet at right angles to form a large space known as the Indian Ballroom. Watkins Glen State Park is located outside the town of Watkins Glen, New York. The centerpiece of the park is a 400-foot-deep narrow gorge cut through rock by a stream, Glen Creek. In this video I explore the beginning of the Gorge Trail along the stream which runs over, under and along the park's 19 waterfalls by way of stone bridges and more than 800 stone steps. Unfortunately the 800+ steps were more than my arthritic feet could handle, but I explored as much of the trail as I was able.
