Sint Maartensvlotbrug is a village in the Dutch province of North Holland. It is a part of the municipality of Schagen, and lies about 15 km northwest of Heerhugowaard. In 2001, the village of Sint Maartensvlotbrug had 298 inhabitants. The built-up area of the village was 0.07 km², and contained 125 residences. The wider statistical area of Sint Maartensvlotbrug has a population of around 680. This includes the hamlet Sint Maartenszee, located 1 km from the North Sea. The village is named after a vlotbrug constructed near the village of Sint Maartensbrug.

With the closing of the Afsluitdijk on May 28, 1932, the Zuiderzee was split in two parts: the waters below the Afsluitdijk are now called the IJsselmeer, while the waters north of it are called the Waddenzee.
