The Chatham Beverage District is home to Fair Game Distillery, Chatham Cider Works and Starrlight Mead. This is the Triangle’s first district featuring multiple craft beverages where you can sip, tour, and buy. Fair Game’s tasting room offers products from all three producers, beer on tap, mixed drinks, and a pantry of other craft local foods.

Our rums and brandies are slowly fermented and carefully distilled on an alembic copper still before resting in bourbon oak barrels.
