Kananaskis Peter Lougheed Provincial Park Camping (4K) | Journey Alberta
Today I go camping for a night in the Peter Lougheed Provincial Park section of Kananaskis Country! I camp with my Mom and her boyfriend Ken at the Boulton Creek Campground at site D-120/D-121. On our first day it rained a lot so we spent some time at the visitor center in the park, exploring the building. When the rain stopped, we headed to the North Interlakes Day Use area to do a short hike by the shore of the Upper Kananaskis Lake. Our second day takes us to the Elbow Sheep Wildland where we do the hike to the Rae Glacier! It takes us past the backcountry campground at Elbow Lake, and then up towards the glacier for an amazing hike.

Bragg Creek Hamlet Aerial Video Tour 2018
The Hamlet got hammered in the flood of 2013, but, five years later, we're back and as good as ever. Lots to see and do here - great food, good times, art and fashions. Gift shops, homes to buy, aboriginal arts and crafts, motorcycle and bicycle sales and services. Health and wellness is yours through Yoga, Pilates, Physiotherapy, Chiropractic care and Health foods. If you can't find what you're looking for, go to the General Store, they've got lots of cool stuff. The grocery is a wonderful mix of basics and delicacies. Bars, booze and ice cream, we've got that too. All a short drive from Calgary. Oh - not to mention 100s of kilometres of trails, facilities and awesome scenery in West Bragg Creek and Kananaskis. Here's last year's video tour:
Elbow Falls Waterfall Bragg Creek Alberta Canada
This Video is filmed in 4K UHD of the Elbow Falls Waterfall in Bragg Creek Alberta, filmed from the air with a drone.
This video is different in that it includes low level passes over the falls and rock formations. The low level passes are approx 3 feet off the surface and create some stunning views that will simulate what it would be like to float down this river.
This is an updated version of the following video filmed last year:
Exploring Alberta: Elbow Falls
Let's take a short hike down the Elbow River and have a closer look at Elbow Falls. This is in Kananaskis Improvement District of Alberta, Canada. If in the area, it is certainly well worth the stop to enjoy the flowing water.
Watch your step - or better yet, avoid going out on the rocks - slips and falls have claimed lives here!

The Grotto Canyon Ice Walk Near Banff/Canmore (4K) | Journey Alberta
I explore Grotto Canyon near Canmore with my friend Jesse in February, 2016. The ice walk was fairly easy to do, despite us not having ice cleats on our shoes. There were even some native paintings on the walls near the end of the ice walk! At the end there were 2 massive frozen waterfalls, where some people also climb up during colder months.
