Shopping in Orlando - Florida

Orlando - Florida Travel Guide
Shopping in Orlando is truly world class, with every kind of retail outlet, from flea markets to tourist traps to designer-label malls. Be prepared to drive around if you're looking to go on a shopping spree -- a pedestrian-friendly shopping area doesn't yet exist.
Key areas:
The malls in Orlando are spread out far and wide and there is no central shopping area as such, although the 19km (6-mile) length of International Drive comes closest to being a shopping area as it is home to numerous plazas, such as The Mercado and Pointe Orlando, which both offer some one-of-a-kind shops. Pointe Orlando, for example, has around 40 boutiques, and also offers some interesting dining options and even nightlife if you want to make a day of it. Festival Bay is a similar mall close to International Drive, with around 65 'speciality outlets' and 15 or so restaurants.
There are some boutiques in Downtown Disney's West Side and in Winter Park, Park Avenue. Also worth checking out are Timothy's Gallery, 236 North Park Avenue, with ceramics, jewellery and home accessories and Golf Almighty, 501 South Park Avenue, for your golfing needs. One of the more esoteric places in Orlando is Celebration, a quaint artificial township that was built as an idyllic main street by Disney. It's something of a throwback and offers a relaxed kind of shopping experience, with a sprinkling of art galleries and gift shops.
Markets:
The main flea markets are a short drive away in Kissimmee, with Osceola Flea and Farmers Market and Visitors Flea Market being the most poplar.
Shopping centres:
Discount outlet shopping plazas are particularly common in Orlando and boast some of the best value. The essential shopping venues are: the Orlando Premium Outlets, 8200 Vineland Avenue, just off International Drive, for a good range of big-name brands at discount prices; Prime Outlets Orlando, 5401 West Oak Ridge Road, for more of the same; Lake Buena Vista Factory Stores, 15767 South Apopka-Vineland Road, for an equally tempting range price-wise; the huge Florida Mall, 8001 South Orange Blossom Trail, Orlando's largest mall; and Mall at Millenia, 4200 Conroy Road, just off motorway I-4.
Opening hours:
Most malls and shopping centres are open seven days a week. Generally speaking, malls open at 1000 and many stay open until 2200.
Souvenirs:
It's no surprise that most outlets in Orlando are theme-park based. If you want to buy anything related to Disney, from beach towels to life-size models of your favourite characters, then this is the place. The rest of goods on offer are typically Floridian -- bright shirts and neon beachwear, sunglasses, golf accessories and the like. Then there's the usual resort-friendly art made of seashells and coral and so on. The city is also home to branches of high-end department stores such as Neiman Marcus, Saks Fifth Avenue and Bloomingdale's.
Tax information:
A sales tax of 7% is applicable to most goods. Sales tax is not reclaimable by tourists on their departure from Orlando and Florida.

FULL PLAYLIST:
Sadly, there are too many boring travel guides for Toronto, that's why I dug deep into this city to find the best hidden spots in the largest city of Canada.
My favorite districts are easily located in close proximity; Chinatown, Kensington Market, the Waterfront and the new Little Tokyo district for its delicious Japanese dishes, treats and first Uniqlo store.
Toronto can be expensive if you don't know what you are doing but luckily there are some FREE things to do as well, like hanging out at the RecRoom, Graffiti alley, Sunnyside Pavilion and FREE beer from the Steam Whistle Brewery or drive out of town for the FREE sites at Cheltenham Badlands and Scarborough Bluffs.
I personally recommend going all out because there are so many awesome things to do, do not cheap out, saving up a few extra months will be worth every penny in the end. A rough budget for 5 awesome days in Toronto for 1-person would be around $400 airbnb/hotel and $600 for transit, shopping, food, events, museums & parties = around $1000.
The first thing you have to remember about Toronto is that distances are a lot further than what you may be used to in Europe or Asia, streets and blocks are very large. Everything is very spread out in this massive metropolitan city so try to at least visit a few new districts every day.
My recommendations for a daily itinerary include Annex, Koreatown, Queen Street, Chinatown, Kensington Market and Entertainment district on day 1. Waterfront, Toronto Islands, Yonge Street & Leslieville on day 2 and the outskirts Caledon (Badlands) & Scarborough (Beach) on day 3.
My favorite way to explore Toronto is by jogging, you'll be surprised as to what you may find. Many of these photos were taken at places I randomly ran into, places you will never see on a guided tour.
After dinner at The Dime (where dishes are $5 each) you'll be energized to explore the massive Toronto nightlife. I recommend nightclubs Rebel, Coda or Uniun for some fist pumping and RecRoom, Belfast Love and Tilt for a few drinks but remember the nightlife in Toronto ends very early, the bar closes at 2:00am thus making the nightlife often feel very rushed since most people party extremely hard between 12am and 2am, definitely a down side of the city.

Arkansas family vacation-The Green's 2014 in Hot Springs.
A family trip to Hot Springs Arkansas. We took our four wheelers and ATV to the local off road park. During this trip we visited the hot springs, a garden, local entertainment such as go cart track, we did some zip lining, off roading at super lift park, and we stopped by magic springs amusement park. My dad stayed with my brother and I at Catherine's landing RV park while my mom showed up on the last weekend and stayed in a cabin at super lift park. This was 2014 summer and we all had a great time.
