In tis video we share travel tips to assist you in planning your self-drive camper trip between Melbourne and Adelaide. It is a popular route to see the Great Ocean Road, the Limestone Coast plus we share a few inland highlights too. The Grampians and Mt Eccles National Park are also interesting to explore.
The spectacular drive from Melbourne to Adelaide is a very popular area to explore in a camper. For some, it's all about the Great Ocean Road, however once you start driving, you'll realise there is far more than this stunning iconic drive to explore.
You can either travel along the coast or head inland to some spectacular and interesting national parks set in the remnants of a volcanic area leaving lakes and caves to explore. It's not just about the stunning views and walks, there are also world class wineries and gourmet food to indulge in.

Halls Gap - The Grampians, Australia
Quick little edit of my trip to Halls Gap this weekend, truly one of the most amazing places that Victoria has to offer. This trip we did majority of the walks in heavy rainfall which believe it or not made it more magical, I highly recommended doing the Grand Canyon walk in the rain!
