Minimay is a small town located in Victoria, Australia. The town is in the Shire of West Wimmera 25 kilometres from the South Australian border, about halfway between Melbourne and Adelaide. At the 2011 census, Minimay and the surrounding area had a population of 253. A signpost outside the town lists the town's population at 9.

Horsham is a regional city in the Wimmera region of western Victoria, Australia. Located on a bend in the Wimmera River, Horsham is approximately 300 kilometres northwest of the state capital Melbourne. In May 2018, Horsham City had an estimated population of 17,023. with its unofficial subdivisions bringing that total to 17,916. It is the most populous city in Wimmera, and the main administrative centre for the Rural City of Horsham local government area. It is the eleventh largest city in Victoria after Melbourne, Geelong, Ballarat, Bendigo, Wodonga, Mildura, Shepparton, Warrnambool, Traralgon, and Wangaratta.
