I-90 (Eastbound) from Seattle to Issaquah filmed at 14:30 just before the beginning of the afternoon peak.
The video begins on I-5 (Southbound) just north of I-90. The first 18 km (11 miles) of I-90 (Eastbound) is equipped with Active Traffic Management, with gantries spaced usually every 800 m. However there are no gantries on the floating bridge across Lake Washington.
