Moonta Bay, S.A
On our Elddis'afari enjoying the end of day at Moonta Bay, S.A
Moonta Bay, South Australia
Moonta Bay is located on the Yorke Peninsula in South Australia. The area was well known for copper mining and you can visit some of the historic mining sites on the tourist railway which departs from the platform adjacent to the Moonta Mines Museum. The area is sometimes referred to as 'Little Cornwall' and it is probably little wonder that the locals claim that they make some of the best cornish pasties. The area is popular with locals and the jetties are popular with fishermen and scuba divers.
A DJI Spark drone was used to capture the footage of the area including Moonta and Port Hughes jetties, the coastline of Moonta Bay, the mangroves approaching the Bird Islands and the Moonta Mines Tourist Railway.

SYDNEY TO ORANGE NSW AUSTRALIA - HEADING OUT WEST
HEADING OUT WEST – SYDNEY TO ORANGE
We took a train ride from Central Station Sydney through to Orange in the Central West of New South Wales, Australia. The journey is approximately 4 and half hours and was quite comfortable. Apologies for the grainy film but the glare and the dirty windows on the train did not help. It was nice to see the green fields out west, after such a long drought green is always soothing to the eyes.
Orange is a city in the Central West region of New South Wales Australia. It is approximately 254 kms (158 Miles) west of the state Capital, Sydney at an altitude of 852 metres or (2,828ft). It is famous for its wineries and apple and cherry orchards and beautiful climate.
All in all it’s a very relaxing train ride, would be nice in City Rail could update and modernize their trains.

Ruins of Clare & Robertstown South Australia by Airborne Photography
Incredible history still stands in the Clare and Robertson areas with so many ruins. Thank you to each of the land holders who welcomed us onto their properties to capture this imagery and many stunning photographs.
The first ruin featured was on the original Hill River Station and built in 1839.
From Wikipedia: The first European explorer to discover the Hill River was Edward John Eyre, on 5 June 1839, who named it after explorer John Hill because he was 'the gentleman who discovered its twin river, the Hutt'. Eyre described it as, 'a fine chain of ponds taking its course through a very extensive and grassy valley, but with little timber of any kind growing near it.'
Australiana Top Tourist Park - Top Tourist Parks - Discvover Downunder
Hosts of Discover Downunder Tim Smith & Brooke Hanson are unhitching their campertrailer at the Australiana Top Tourist Park. Renowned as one of the best and modern parks on the Fraser Coast, Hervey Bay is surrounded by pristine beaches and world heritage listed Fraser Island. Australiana, winner of 2010 Tourism Awards for Excellence, is the ideal base for your holiday. The owners Sharon & Mark Frankel talk to Tim Smith about the features and attractions the park offers. In the winter months it's recommended to book in advance as they are very busy throughout this period. The park is great for kids and has a fantastic pool area. The gardens are lush and well maintained by Mark and his crew. Sharon shows Tim some of the attractions around the park. With free wireless internet you can easily get details of local activities. Tim also talks to Mark about accommodating for 5 wheelers and large motorhomes. Australiana Top Tourist Park has 45 powered sites and 10 Ensuite sites including 20 cabins. For more on the park visit
