You will get a Barcelona beach holiday with only 3 minutes walk to a sandy beach and a 28 minutes train ride to Barcelona city centre.
The 2/bedroom holiday house has two bedrooms with double beds, living room, dining room and a small separate kitchen, bathroom with bathtub and a second bathroom with toilet on the ground floor. The newly renovated house is furnished to a high standard. It is possible to add up to two baby beds to the bedrooms.
A small courtyard with seating is the perfect place to enjoy a tinto verano in the Spanish night.
A 3 minutes walk takes you to the sea with its wide sandy beach of the Costa Maresme. The house is located in the historic center of Premia de Mar. Next to the house you will find nice street cafés. Small clothing and shoe stores are located at the near shopping street as well as bakeries and supermarkets.
