Shelley Beach Campsite - Western Australia
Shelley Beach is one of the most spectacular spots on the whole W.A. coast.
It is located in the West Cape Howe National Park and the best news is that you can tent camp here.

Conto Campsite - All the loops - Western Australia
Conto Campsite is located near Lake Cave just off Caves Road in the Margaret River area.
It is a national park campsite. Fees are charged for camping and pets are prohibited.
Sites must be pre-booked at
Water is available onsite.
There are camp kitchens with free BBQs, toilets and most sites have seats and tables and wood fired BBQs.
Fire bans mean that all fires are prohibited at certain times of the year.
Generators are NOT permitted to be used.
Alcohol is NOT permitted on the campsite.
Excessive noise at any time is NOT permitted.
Any noise after 9pm is NOT permitted.

Camping at 40 Mile Beach, Western Australia
• 4O MILE BEACH CAMPING •
You'll find 40 Mile Beach (aka Gnoorea Point) about 45 mins west of Karratha, Western Australia (where we're currently working for a few weeks)
There are tons of camping options and it'll set you back $15 a night (per car) or $90 a week. NO EXTRA CHARGE FOR KIDS!
There's toilets, bins & a dump point but we chose to camp a little ways away from the main area so we had a bit of beach to ourselves but no facilities.
We were there over a full moon so the tides were fairly extreme, and when the tide was out we could explore the mud flats & rock pools where we spotted FOUR very cool octopus.
Definitely a good place to stop for a while.

57. Lucky Bay Campground, Cape Le Grand NP, Esperance WA
Lucky Bay Campground at Cape Le Grand National Park is 65kms East of Esperance.
Such an amazing location and fantastic campground. Thanks also to our friends who were onsite managers while we were there, Denise (Denephew) and Andreas (the Greek). The managers change each month.
This is a place you must stay whenever visiting the region.
No Pets allowed, this is National Park. We left our dog MACKS at Country Lane kennels on the way to here from Esperance. Cost was $22 per day including food. They were fantastic also.
Aim for site number 12, it has outstanding views.
There is no internet coverage. Telstra is available near Frenchman Peak.
You can not book sites, only turn up and find a spot. The info desk at Esperance has a guide on vacancies.
Cost is $10 per person, there is also seniors discounts which apply.
