Schauenburg Castle is a ruined hilltop castle located in Oberkirch, Germany, atop a 367-metre-high hill spur overlooking the Rench river valley above the town of Gaisbach, Baden-Württemberg. The castle was built by Duke Berthold II of Zähringen.The well-preserved ruin includes the remains of two towers with living quarters, a gate tower, a rampart, and a shield wall with an attached chapel. The remains of an outer bailey are surrounded by a dry moat and a second shield wall. The castle is now a tourist attraction and includes a small museum in the cellar of the former castle chapel and a restaurant.

Wir starten mit dem Rundgang auf dem Parkplatz, welcher ziemlich leer war. In diesem Jahr fehlten deutlich erkennbar die Touristen aus China und Indien. Wir starten in der Hauptstrasse und gehen durch den Ortskern und dann wieder zurück bis zum Parkplatz.

Unser Rundgang durch das Zentrum Berlins beginnt am Hauptbahnhof. Vorbei am Bundeskanzleramt und am Reichstagsgebäude führt unser Weg zum Brandenburger Tor. Über den Boulevard Unter den Linden geht es dann zur Humboldt-Universität, dem Dom und der Museumsinsel. Danach besuchen wir u.a. auch den Gendarmenmarkt.

STREET VIEW: Ruine Hohenschramberg im Schwarzwald in GERMANY

Bei meinem ersten Rundgang durch Schramberg sah ich auch die Ruine Hohenschramberg. Allerdings war bei meinen ersten Besuch in Schramberg keine Zeit mehr zum Aufstieg zur Burg. Beim zweiten Anlauf suchte ich einen kürzeren Weg zur Burg, aber der offizielle Weg zur Burg war gesperrt. Die Umleitung war recht abenteuerlich und weit. Aber das Ziel hat den langen Umweg wieder wett gemacht. Die Burganlage ist beeindruckend und der Ausblick gigantisch.

C’est officiel ! Depuis dimanche 9 juillet 2017, le quartier allemand de Strasbourg, la Neustadt, figure sur la liste du patrimoine mondial établie par l'Unesco.
L'ancien centre de Strasbourg, la Grande Ile, autour de la cathédrale, était déjà depuis 1988 sur cette liste des biens jugés d’une valeur universelle exceptionnelle. Dans un communiqué, le maire de Strasbourg Roland Ries, a salué la décision de l'Unesco. Cette inscription vient rappeler avec force que la dimension européenne de Strasbourg est avant tout incarnée par la force du lien qui, au coeur de notre cité, à travers son patrimoine remarquable, scelle le destin commun des identités française et allemande, a-t-il précisé.
Méconnue du grand public et en Allemagne, la Neustadt ou ville nouvelle est l'un des rares ensembles allemands qui n'aient pas été détruits par les Alliés.
Cette ville nouvelle, construite sous le règne de l'empereur Guillaume II, s'étend sur 90 hectares et comprend un vaste ensemble d'édifices et d'immeubles de styles néo-gothique, néo-renaissance et art déco.
