Herrenberg is a town in the middle of Baden-Württemberg, about 30 km south of Stuttgart and 20 km from Tübingen. After Sindelfingen, Böblingen, and Leonberg, it is the fourth largest town in the district of Böblingen. The small town of Herrenberg lies just south of Stuttgart, and boasts a well-preserved historic centre, a chance to see the church bells close up, and pleasant walks in the country. It's just a bit inconvenient that parts of it are built on a hill that moves.
