The black forest or land of fairytales. Actually the Schwarzwald, as it is called in Germany, is a wonderful destination to visit. The countryside is dotted with farms, villages with half-timbered homes, and forests of oak, beech and fir growing so thick that they appears black. We headed to Black forest from Belgium for a 4 day trip. On our way back we drove through alsace(wao!!). So wait for all the videos of the amazingly charming villages that we visited. Tübingen, Sehenswürdigkeiten der Universitätsstadt am Neckar
Tübingen (87.000 Einwohner, davon rund 26.000 Studenten) ist eine der ältesten Universitätsstädte in Deutschland. Die Eberhard Karls Universität wurde bereits 1477 gegründet. Unseren Rundgang beginnen wir am Rathaus am Marktplatz. Danach schauen wir uns u.a. die Neckarinsel mit Platanenallee und Neckarfront mit Hölderlinturm und Stiftskirche an. Natürlich steht auch Schloss Hohentübingen auf unserem Besuchsprogramm.

STREET VIEW: Immenstadt im Allgäu in GERMANY
Wir starten mit unserem Rundgang auf dem Kirchplatz in Immenstadt. Anschließend gehen wir über den Marienplatz und weiter bis zum Klosterplatz. Über den St. Nikolausplatz gehen wir in die Kapuzinergasse und von dort aus weiter in die Hofgartenstraße. Weiter geht es An der Stadtmauer über die Rothenfelsstraße und die Bahnhofstraße bis zum Ausgangspunkt am Marienplatz.

This is a movie about Frank's trip on the Westweg in the Black Forest, Germany. For all who love hiking movies and track's like the Appalachian Trail or the Pacific Crest Trail or other trail's. I hope you enjoy it! Das ist ein Film von Frank's Wanderung auf dem Westweg im Schwarzwald. Der Westweg ist einer der ältesten und bekantesten Fernwanderwege in Deutschland. Dabei hat er alle Szenen selbst gefilmt. Das bedeutete immer nach passenden Aufnahmemöglichkeiten zu suchen, die Kamera aufstellen, vorbei laufen und den ganzen Weg zurück laufen um das Equipment zu holen. So lief er den Weg oft doppelt und mehr. Dabei benötigte er für die 285 Kilometer von Pforzheim nach Basel über die Höhen des Schwarzwaldes dennoch nur 7 Tage. Ein wunderbarer Film mit fantastischen Aufnahmen. Ich hoffe er gefällt!
