Nagold is a town in southwestern Germany, bordering the Northern Black Forest. It is located in the Landkreis of Calw . Nagold is known for its ruined castle, Hohennagold Castle, and for its road viaduct. It takes its name from the river Nagold, which flows through the town. Nagold has a beautiful city centre where half-timbered houses and modern architecture meet each other. The following small villages belong to the district of Nagold: Emmingen, Gündringen, Hochdorf, Iselshausen, Mindersbach, Pfrondorf, Schietingen and Vollmaringen.

The Speyer Cathedral, officially the Imperial Cathedral Basilica of the Assumption and St Stephen, in Latin: Domus sanctae Mariae Spirae in Speyer, Germany, is the seat of the Roman Catholic Bishop of Speyer and is suffragan to the Archdiocese of Bamberg. The cathedral, which is dedicated to St. Mary, patron saint of Speyer and St. Stephen is generally known as Kaiserdom zu Speyer . Pope Pius XI raised Speyer Cathedral to the rank of a minor basilica of the Roman Catholic Church in 1925. Begun in 1030 under Konrad II, with the east end and high vault of 1090–1103, the imposing triple-aisled vaulted basilica of red sandstone is the culmination of a design which was extremely influential in the subsequent development of Romanesque architecture during the 11th and 12th centuries. Stadt Nagold 720p (Film-Version)

Die Stadt Nagold liegt, zwischen dem oberen Gäu und dem Schwarzwald, am gleichnamigen Fluss. Als markanter Punkt ragt die Burgruine Hohennagold weit sichtbar über der Stadt.
Weitere Sehenswürdigeiten sind U.a. das Viadukt, der Alte Turm, die Remigiuskirche, der Urschelbrunnen und das historische Hotel Post.
Nicht erst seit der Landesgartenschau 2012 hat sich die Baden- Württembergische Kleinstadt, am Rande des östlichen Schwarzwaldes, auch sonst mächtig rausgeputzt.
