Neuss is a city in North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany. It is located on the west bank of the Rhine opposing Düsseldorf. Neuss is the largest city within the Rhein-Kreis Neuss district. It is primarily known for its historic Roman sites, as well as the annual Neusser Bürger-Schützenfest. Neuss and Trier share the title of Germany's oldest city, with Neuss celebrating 2000 years since its foundation in 1984.

The park includes the Kirkeby-Feld and the Raketenstation , a disused NATO missile base. The museum located on the Museum Island is called Museum Insel Hombroich. It presents both antique art from Asia and modern art. The Museum and the grounds around it are part of the Stiftung Insel Hombroich, which was founded in 1996. Neuss Rheinpark-Center station is in the city of Neuss in the German state of North Rhine-Westphalia. It is located in the Neuss Rheinpark Center business park and shopping centre. It is on the Mönchengladbach–Düsseldorf railway and it is classified by Deutsche Bahn as a category 5 station. The station opened on 29 May 1988 on the new line built with the Hamm railway bridge opened by the Bergisch-Märkische Railway Company on 24 July 1870.The station is served by three lines of the Rhine-Ruhr S-Bahn, S 8 , S 11 and S 28 , each operating every 20 minutes during the day.It is also served by bus route 842, operated by Stadtwerke Neuss at 20 minute intervals, and by bus route 874, operated by Busverkehr Rheinland at 60 to 180 minute intervals.

The Basilica of St. Quirinus also called Minster-Basilica of St. Quirinus of Neuss Is a Catholic basilica that was erected in the city of Neuss in the western part of the present state of North Rhine-Westphalia in Germany between 1209 and 1230. The basilica is one of the best examples of Romanesque churches in Germany. It has a strong Lombard influence but in principle shows the first signs of Gothic. We arrived in Düsseldorf not really knowing what to expect, but over the course of 72 hours, we discovered this is a vibrant city with beautiful green spaces, a thriving art scene, architecture that’ll make your eyes pop, traditions worth exploring, and more restaurants than we had time for! Now let us take you on a whirlwind weekend tour of Duesseldorf and show you some of the possibilities.

And that’s a wrap for Düsseldorf! We honestly loved our time in the city and we can’t believe it took us this long to visit after so many trips to Germany. Stuttgart is the 6th largest city in Germany. It has a lot to offer from many historical sites such as the Altes Schloss (Old Castle) and the Neuss Schloss (New Castle/Palace) as well as shopping areas including the Koenigstrasse and the main train station, Hauptbahnhof.
