Gangelt is a municipality in the district of Heinsberg, in North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany. It is on the border with the Netherlands and about 10 km east of Sittard and 10 km south-west of Heinsberg. Gangelt was the town in which Gerard Kremer, better known as Gerardus Mercator, lived for the first five or six years of his life. Mercator was a famous cartographer .

Dzisiaj 7 lutego po raz pierwszy tej zimy mamy śnieg i mroź. Na zdjęciach osiedle Preuswald. okolice kościoła sw. Jakuba, klinika miasteczko Vaals oraz West Park. Park zachodni. Mam nadzieje ze taka pogoda się utrzyma na dłużej. Heute am 07.02, 2018 erste mal in Aachen ist Schnee und Frost. Fotos zeigen Preuswald, rejon neben Kaufland , Vaals , Klinikum, West Park. Ich hoffe das so ein Wetter bleib länger.

Wildpark Grafenberger Wald - Düsseldorf -

Seit vielen Jahrzehnten befindet sich in Düsseldorf-Grafenberg der vielbesuchte Wildpark im Grafenberger Wald. Attraktion sind im Frühjahr die Wildschwein - Frischlinge. Rund 30 dieser kleinen, gestreiften Kerle sind bereits zu sehen. Besonders zur Freude der Kinder, die auch weitere Möglichkeiten vorfinden, sich mit der heimichen Tierwelt vertraut zu machen. DJI Mavic 2 Pro: Working German Windmill

I've been without a drone for 4 months during a move back to Europe and while I waited for the new Mavic 2 Pro to arrive. This is day one, flight one with the new drone. So blessed to have a break in the clouds and then, much to our surprise, have the miller show up and start the mill!! Apparently, Saturdays at about 1300 (subject to weather) the millers come down and get this beautiful mill turning and burning. They also do awesome tours for the interior. Many thanks for Andre Rom for his permission to film and the great tour (inside and out).
