After my first day of work at my new Workaway stay in Germany, I went with a fellow Workawayer to the nearby town of Wasserburg. Wasserburg is a small but old town surrounded by a horseshoe-shaped river (Fluss Inn) than runs from the glaciers on mountains. With colorful and stunning architecture, an abundance of sculptures and art, and the beautiful periwinkle river, Wasserburg is the most adorable little town I've ever been to.

Sportpaardencomplex Anholt

TE KOOP - INRUIL ANDER ONROERENDGOED BESPREEKBAAR ZOWEL IN NEDERLAND ALS IN DUITSLAND

Compleet sportpaarden complex te Anholt - Vehlingen/Isselburg Duitsland - het complex staat hemelsbreed c.a 400 meter v.a de grens met Nederland.

Het geheel ligt op een top locatie zowel voor Nederland als voor Duitsland te midden in de natuur in een glooiend coulisse landschap en grenzend tegen de bosrand van kasteel Wasserburg Anholt.

Ondanks dat het complex te midden in de natuur ligt is het toch overal dicht bij - b.v.

2. Afstand tot snelweg Oberhausen/Arnhem 3.5 km.

3. Afstand tot kasteel Anholt 1 km waar een hotel / restaurant en museum is gevestigd dit met prachtige kasteel tuinen.

4. Afstand tot Golfbaan Anholt 800 meter.

5. Afstand tot Wildpark Anholt 900 meter.

6. Afstand tot vliegveld Dusseldorf Dld. c.a. 85 km - vliegveld Weeze Dld. c.a. 35 km - vliegveld Schiphol Ned. c.a.150km.

7. Afstand tot overige winkels, hotels en restaurants in Anholt en Vehlingen1.2 km.

8. Afstand tot school in het dorp Mechelen in Nederland 1.6 km

Zoals bovenstaand aangeeft het complex ligt op een afstand van c.a 1 km afstand vanaf het centrum van het dorp Anholt Duitsland en c.a. 1.5 km vanaf het grensdorp Mechelen in Nederland. Je woont en werkt vrij en toch overal dichtbij.

Het complex is zeer ruim van opzet en is ook ooit als sportpaarden complex gebouwd.

Op het complex zijn 2 woongelegenheden aanwezig en 1 gastenverblijf als ook 1 chalet voor groom/en/of ruiter.

Hierdoor is het mogelijk ook b.v deels te (ver)huren b.v 10 boxen met 1 woning.

Ideaal object voor ambitieuze ruiter / amazone en/of mensen die van paarden houden en riant willen wonen.

Het complex is voorzien van alle faciliteiten die nodig zijn voor een sport/handels stal.

Faciliteiten zijn o.a binnen manege met sprinkler installatie - buiten springpiste - buiten dressuurbaan - een overdekte 8 paards Jung stapmolen met hier binnen een longeer cirkel - diverse buiten paddocks - weidegang - en alle overige voorzieningen zoals ruime parkeerplaatsen voor auto,s en vrachtwagens en dit alles op eigen terrein.
