Reise NRW (Travel North Rhine-Westphalia)
North Rhine-Westphalia (NRW) is the most populous state and contains the maximum number of cities in Germany. Being a student in this state I had the opportunity to travel to many of these beautiful cities and experience extraordinary moments. Though my vision of the Reise NRW is still on a working process, just couldn't resist the temptation to share some clips. (Sorry for poor video resolution and editing quality :( ).

- Die alte Türkenfestung ist sicher das bedeutendste Bauwerk in Niš. Die Bali Bey Moschee, und vieles mehr kann man dort besichtigen.
- Ein weiteres Highlight ist der Schädel-Turm. Der Schädel-Turm ist das Wahrzeichen der Stadt. Er wurde von den Osmanen aus den Knochen und Schädeln serbischer Rebellen erbaut.
- In der historischen Kesselflickergasse (Kopitareva) gibt es in diesem alten und gut erhaltenden Ambiente viele gute Restaurants und jede Menge Kaffeehäuser.
-- Stolz ist man in Niš auch auf den handgemachten Burek, eine gefüllte Blätterteigtasche mit Käse, Spinat oder auch Schinken.
Review: Hotel Bismarck, Dusseldorf, North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany - September 2013
In September I 2013 I spent one night in Dusseldorf. I was on a quick visit and needed accommodation near the railway station (hauptbahnhof). The Hotel Bismarck fit the bill adequately. Whilst this hotel is by no means 'high class' it is alright, yes it could do with modernising in places (and some repairs), but it was OK, inexpensive, the staff were friendly and the breakfast was adequate. I have stayed in many better hotels, but I would recommend this hotel to the budget visitor to Dusseldorf who needs convenient, clean accommodation close to the Hauptbahnhof. It also has a swimming pool, which is a bit of a novelty.
