Sydney, Australia Travel Guide - Must-See Attractions
Sydney is the state capital of New South Wales and the most populous city in Australia. Sydney's urban area is in a coastal basin, which is bordered by the Pacific Ocean to the east, the Blue Mountains to the west, the Hawkesbury River to the north and the Royal National Park to the south.
The most important places to visit in Sydney are: Sydney Opera House (among the world's most recognized landmarks. Set on the Sydney harbor, it is an unforgettable sight), Sydney Harbor Bridge (simply called the bridge by locals, courageous ones can even climb up the bridge), Bronte Beach (lesser known than Bondi, it is a beautiful beach, popular amongst families), Blue Mountains (an unspoiled mountain range filled with Eucalyptus trees. It is located 30 miles from Sydney, and there are plenty of hiking trails), Bondi Beach (Sydney's most famous beach, its lively promenade is as exciting as the beach) and many more.
This video offers a lot of tips to help you plan the perfect vacation. If you want to save time and money, the most important Sydney travel tip is to compare prices before booking a hotel room or a flight. You can do this for free on a site that searches through hundreds of other travel websites in real time for the best travel deals available.

Driver's View (Drivelapse) - Highway 50, Gatineau to Hawkesbury
Late summer evening drive along highway 50 from Gatineau, Quebec to Hawkesbury, Ontario. Highway 50 skirts the Laurentian Mountain chain and connects the city of Gatineau to the Mirabel airport. It makes for a picturesque drive any time of the year.

Things to See and Do in the Blue Mountains
The Blue Mountains is a mountainous region and a mountain range located in New South Wales, Australia.
The region borders on Sydney's metropolitan area, its foothills starting about 50 kilometres (31 mi) west of the state capital. The public's understanding of the extent of the Blue Mountains is varied, as it forms only part of an extensive mountainous area associated with the Great Dividing Range. Officially the Blue Mountains region is bounded by the Nepean and Hawkesbury rivers in the east, the Coxs River and Lake Burragorang to the west and south, and the Wolgan and Colo rivers to the north.[5] Geologically, it is situated in the central parts of the Sydney Basin.
The Blue Mountains Range comprises a range of mountains, plateaux and escarpments extending off the Great Dividing Range about 4.8 kilometres (3.0 mi) northwest of Wolgan Gap in a generally southeasternly direction for about 96 kilometres (60 mi), terminating at Emu Plains. For about two thirds of its length it is traversed by the Great Western Highway and the Main Western railway line. Several established towns are situated on its heights, including Katoomba, Blackheath, Mount Victoria, and Springwood. The range forms the watershed between Coxs River to the south and the Grose and Wolgan rivers to the north.[3] The range contains the Explorer Range and the Bell Range.
The Blue Mountains are a dissected plateau carved in sandstone bedrock. They are now a series of ridge lines separated by gorges up to 760 metres (2,490 ft) deep. The highest point in the Blue Mountains, as it is now defined, is an unnamed point with an elevation of 1,189 m (3,901 ft) AHD , located 7 kilometres (4.3 mi) north-east of Lithgow. However, the highest point in the broader region that was once considered to be the Blue Mountains is Mount Bindo, with an elevation 1,362 m (4,469 ft) AHD .[8] A large part of the Blue Mountains is incorporated into the Greater Blue Mountains Area World Heritage Site, consisting of seven national park areas and a conservation reserve.
The Blue Mountains area includes the local government areas of the City of Blue Mountains, the City of Hawkesbury, the City of Lithgow and Oberon Shire. (wikipedia)
Cabot Trail Drive | Cape Breton, Nova Scotia
I spent the day driving along of the world famous Cabot Trail in Cape Breton, Nova Scotia.
The Cabot Trail is one of the most beautiful scenic drives in the world and one of Canada's top attractions for visitors to the East Coast.
The trail stretches more than 300 KM in length And while it can be done in a single day I would definitely recommend spending the night somewhere on the trail so that you can truly experience all of what it has to offer.
Not only is it a beautiful driving route but there are also plenty of opportunities for hiking and getting closer to nature including the amazing Skyline Trail.
During my time in the maritimes this was some of the best scenery of the entire trip and I would argue that Cape Breton is one of the most beautiful places in Canada.
Having done similar driving routes in Europe like the Transfagarasan in Romania and the Grimsel Pass in Switzerland,I would put the Cabot Trail up there as one of the best scenic drives that you could do in the world.
This is a must see if you're planning a visit to Canada!

Motorcycle Ride The Cabot Trail Nova Scotia 2017 Part I
First off, it’s awesome that you are considering the Cabot Trail in Cape Breton, Nova Scotia for your motorcycle miles. There are endless places to see on our bikes, and it is pretty damn cool that you’re coming here. Nova Scotia has some features that make it a great place to ride a bike. written:
Our trip began by taking the Cat Ferry from Portland Maine over to Yarmouth, Nova Scotia .
All of our sleeping accommodations were made using our
AAA membership and the Best Western Hotels in Yarmouth and Halifax provided nice clean rooms and reasonable rates.
If your planning on staying in Port Hawkesbury The Maritime Inn on Reeves Street is very nice and offers comfortable rooms and a nice restaurant.
Before getting on the Cabot Trail to ride I would suggest stopping by The Farmers Daughter Country Market and grab breakfast, lunch or coffee and fresh baked pastries. You won't be sorry.
