The Ice hotel in Quebec City, Canada is one stunning place to stay or just visit. In this video we take you on a tour of the Hotel De Glace (the Ice Hotel).
This is the first year that the Ice Hotel will be at the Valcartier Hotel and vacation village and will be at the Valcartier Vacation Village from now on. In the winter this place turns into a winter wonderland❄.
We ended up staying in the ice hotel for a night and had a blast. We were worried that we'd be too cold sleeping in the ice hotel but since they have training sessions and there are outdoor hot tubs and thermal sleeping bags which by the way keep you very warm and also a normal hotel room for your stuff and just in case you need a room to warm up or hang out in.
There are 44 rooms, 14 suites 3 ice bars an arctic spa, chappel, a slide completely made of ice, a sugar shack and even a normal hotel suite just in case you get cold while sleeping in the ice hotel.
There are water slides outside that in the winter it turns into snow tubing slides, snow rafting, ice skating and snowshoeing. The Valcartier even has an indoor waterpark with 15 waterslides and many different pools. The Village includes bars, restaurants and shops.
