Adventures in Eastern Washington | Travel to Spokane and Quincy | Vlog 69 - Full Time Travel and RV Living
We explore Spokane and Quincy Washington and get to see an AMAZING fireworks show!
We explored the green bluff farm area north of Spokane and really had a good time. We particularly enjoyed Townshend Cellars wines! After that we crossed the bare desert of central Washington to stay in Quincy Washington. We stayed here because we were going on a tour of the Hanford site cleanup project (Video on that later) . We got to see a powerboat really on the Columbia River and it was so fun to watch the F18.... or maybe EA18's fly low through the gorge once or twice a day! While touring the quincy area we stumbled across a Farmer Consumer Awareness Day ( event going on where they were putting on a huge fireworks show that we greatly enjoyed. If you are in the area check out the show the second weekend in September, its really great!

Cupertino (/ˌkuːpərˈtiːnoʊ/ KOOP-ər-TEEN-oh) is a U.S. city in Santa Clara County, California, directly west of San Jose on the western edge of the Santa Clara Valley with portions extending into the foothills of the Santa Cruz Mountains. The population was 58,302 as of the 2010 census.[7] Forbes ranked it as one of the most educated small towns, with local public schools ranking highly in the country. It is known as the home of the Apple Inc. corporate headquarters.
Cupertino is located at 37°19′3″N 122°2′31″W (37.317492, −122.041949),[21] at the southern end of the San Francisco Bay. New Meyers Video Shows How New San Diego Projects Bring the Outdoors In

As 2014 comes to a close, we wanted to share some of the most interesting product examples that we visited this year in San Diego. While the rest of the country battles through rain, sleet and snow, San Diego County afternoons are averaging about 70 degrees and only dipping down into the 50’s (gasp!) at night.
Our Vice President of Advisory Adam McAbee visited four new home communities around northern San Diego County in mid-December, all of which do an excellent job of bringing in natural light and making a seamless transition between indoor and outdoor space. Those projects include The Sentinels by Brookfield Homes and Marston by Standard Pacific in the master planned community of Del Sur, Sanctuary by Richmond American in San Elijo Hills and the Beach House at Coral Cove by Shea Homes. As we anticipate the arrival of the next wave of exciting product that will open in 2015, these projects did an excellent job of creating “wow” across a spectrum of lot sizes and were some of our top local pics for the year.
Some of the key insights learned include:
- Meeting places – the kitchen, the living room, the back yard or all of the above – should be a central focus of floorplan design.
- Production housing can provide flexibility and a sense of customization by offering variations on an otherwise standard set of floorplans.
- Collapsible walls are a critical component of “next generation” product in warmer climates.
- Density does not necessarily translate into smaller homes or a lack of functional outdoor space.
Visiting Auntie's Bakery in Lemoore, CA (July 26, 2014)
In this video, it shows us visit Auntie Elsa's bakery in Lemoore, CA on Saturday, July 26, 2014. We were here since we were to do a photoshoot of my cousin Racquelle. We ate our lunch here, more like a brunch since the foods were breakfast foods, including longanisa, eggs and rice. It's not shown in the video but afterwards, we went to visit the NAS, or Naval Air Station Lemoore. This was really like our mini weekend vacation here, which was from July 25-27, 2014! The weather was quite hot here, with all the days reaching up over the 100-degree mark! Despite the heat, we still had a nice and fun time with the family :D
Summary of our entire trip from July 25-27, 2014:
**This was during our mini, random Hanford/Lemoore vacation outing with the family there. It was my sis, me, Richie, and cousins Steven and Jesse that went on this unexpected trip down to Hanford/Lemoore, CA. We had stayed at the Tachi Palace Hotel & Casino located in Lemoore, CA. We also visited Auntie's bakery in Lemoore. The weather was around triple digits during our stay...phew! We also explored around Hanford a bit and ate some awesome ice cream at the Superior Dairy! During our last evening, we finally did Racquelle's photoshoot...the main reason why we came on this trip. By Sunday, July 27, 2014, we left the hotel just after 9 a.m. and headed to Auntie Elsa's house in Hanford, CA to meet with them since we were attending church with them. Their church was the GTC, or Glad Tidings Church. We spent the remainder of our stay at Hanford at Uncle's house, just chilling and playing games and whatnot. We finally headed home just after 4:30 p.m. We had a nice time hanging out with our family in Hanford/Lemoore, despite the blazing heat!**
