Greenethorpe is a town in the Central West region of New South Wales, Australia. The town is located in the Weddin Shire local government area, 345 kilometres west of the state capital, Sydney. At the 2011 census, Greenethorpe and the surrounding area had a population of 320.The village, with the associated Mount Oriel homestead , is a rare example in Australia of the manorial system, the likes of which may not exist elsewhere in the state or nation.

    Iandra is a large heritage-listed homestead 11 kilometres south of Greenethorpe, New South Wales in the Weddin Shire, surrounded by the townships of Young , Grenfell and Cowra . The property was added to the New South Wales State Heritage Register on 18 February 2005.The homestead is a former Methodist Boys' home and working farmland. It was designed by unnamed English architect, built by Edward Giles Stone, in association with Mrs Ellen Greene, the owner's wife, and was built between 1880 and 1910. The homestead is also known as The Castle and Mount Oriel homestead.

    The Temora Aviation Museum is an Australian aviation museum located in Temora, New South Wales. The Museum was established in late 1999, based on the collection of warbird aircraft owned by David Lowy. The Museum is home to many historic ex-military aircraft that range from the World War II era to the Vietnam War era and holds Aircraft Showcase to display some of its operating aircraft. The remaining escapees were captured and imprisoned.
