Alyssa's First Build-A-Bear
Alyssa went to the Build-A-Bear Workshop for the first time!! She picked the two cutest stuffed animals in the whole store if you ask me! We had such a fun time looking at all the cute girly outfits and picking accessories for her new stuffed friends.

Life in Australia Sydney
From the Film Australia Collection. Made by the Commonwealth Film Unit 1966. Directed by Joe Scully. A picture of life in the New South Wales capital of Sydney in the mid 1960s. The Life In Australia series portrays Australian cities and rural centres as happy, lively places where good homes, abundant jobs, schools, hospitals and amenities provide the foundation for a relaxed lifestyle where sport, shopping, religion and even art combine to create a homogenous and prosperous society. If you have any information about the people or places in this film we would love to hear your comments.

Trackside: An Afternoon at Kilmore East & Heathcote Junction- 28/3/18
It had been a while since I'd last spent an afternoon on the North East line, so on the 28th of March I figured I'd make the most of my day off work and head over to Kilmore East and see what came around. Starting off at various locations around Kilmore East, we see the QUBE operated Harefield paper train, Hanson aggregates and a light engine rescue move to Seymour. Then, shifting to the top of the hill at Heathcote Junction, QUBE's rescued Deni rice train is the first freight seen, with Pacific National's MC2 freighter and WM2 steel appearing later on. As always, a variety of V/Line passenger trains are also seen featuring N Classes and Sprinter DMU's.
Trains seen in order are:
4MC7- CM3316 and CM3315
0371- G532
9342- G515
9372- G532, G512 and T364
4MC2- NR62, G526 and NR110
4WM2- NR106, NR101, NR85, 8223 and AN11
There's a typo in the caption at 01:05, the second loco is CM3315 as above.

Tallowa Dam Jan 2017
We put in at Tallowa Dam on Wednesday 11th of Jan and stayed for 2 nights in the beautiful Shoalhaven Gorge.
We are still trying to make it up to Fossickers Flat - but it was a hot day and we decided to find a place to camp. We chose a grassy spot on the Morton National Park side. Day two, we went for an explore further down the river, but another hot day, saw us turn back, and spend our time looking around at other potential camp sites for future visits.
We will be back!
Months of the Year Song | Song for Kids | The Singing Walrus
Here is our Months of the Year Song - a fun folk song to help kids learn all 12 months of the year. Mother Hen sings the first verse alone so the kids can become familiar with the melody. During the 2nd verse, the kids sing along with Mother Hen. During the 3rd and 4th verses, both the kids and Mother Hen sing quietly and then loudly. In the final verse, the song speeds up to give the kids a fun challenge.
This song is perfect for both English speaking children and young learners of ESL/EFL!
